If you've been counting down the days until Christmas like me, then you will love our Printable Christmas Tree Advent Calendar.
I'm the type of person that counts down the days until Birthdays, special events, and holidays. To me it's something to look forward to and get excited about. We combined the excitement of Christmas with a month of paying it forward by doing nice things for people each day of the month.
I know we hear a lot about people buying another person's groceries or coffee but there are so many other smaller things in addition to those that you can do that don't cost a lot of money. You don't always need to spend money to pay it forward. All things big or small will go noticed and you'll notice the spirit of Christmas shining right through you.
How to Make a Christmas Tree Advent Calendar
First, print out our free printable on a piece of heavy card stock (although a regular piece of computer paper will do the trick) and cut around the outside of your tree.
Starting at the bottom of the tree on December 1st, cut off the bottom row of your tree and do your good deed sometime throughout the day. Then the next day cut the one off above it and so on, until you reach number one which means one day until Christmas! This is an awesome thing to do together as a family as well, your kids will have a lot of fun taking part in it.
Print off your Christmas Tree Advent Calendar and have fun paying it forward this December. Make sure to tell us about it in the comment section below!
