How to Make Instant Pot Black Bean Soup
One thing that is great about making black bean soup in the instant pot is that you don't have to soak your beans! You can literally dump them right from the package into the pot and 30 minutes later, you'll have delicious black bean soup.
If you like more of a whole bean soup, you don't have to puree your beans with an immersion blender. I prefer my soup a little smoother so I like to blend the beans together.
