There are two words that get me every time I'm in the store: Limited Edition. No matter what I see that says "Limited Edition" on the package or sign, I'm usually buying it. And the Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cookie Mix is no exception. I grabbed 3 bags of this delicious cookie mix and tossed it into my cart the last time I was in the grocery store.

Of course my mind started going crazy thinking of the amazing smell these cookies were going to emit while baking it and then the deliciousness when it hit my mouth as I was eating it...oh, I'm drooling just thinking of it!

But this time I wanted to make something different with my gingerbread cookie mix, so I decided to make a gingerbread cookies pizza that my kids would LOVE! I found these super cute Wilton gingerbread candies and knew they would be perfect as a pizza topper.

I could barely take a photo of this gingerbread cookies pizza and my kids were all over it! My son loves "spicy cookies" and this was right up his alley. Not to mention the cute little candies and gingerbread men, the two of them were in heaven!

Gingerbread Cookie Pizza

Try a new spin on a traditional gingerbread cookie with this dessert pizza for the holidays.

Cook Time 12 minutes

Total Time 32 minutes

Ingredients

• 1 package, 17.5 oz, Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cookie Mix
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 egg
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ¼ cup holiday m&m baking bits
• ½ cup white chocolate chip
• 8 ginger snap or ginger cookies, coarsely crushed
• Wilton gingerbread cookie decorations

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 14" pizza pan.

In a mixing bowl, add cookie mix, butter, water and egg and mix well. Spread into prepared pan.

Bake for 8-12 minutes or until set. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla together in a mixing bowl. Spread onto the cookie.

Sprinkle with m&ms, white chocolate chips, ginger cookies. Place gingerbread cookie decorations on the top.

Slice before serving.
