Our Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Energy Bites are a perfect and delicious snack you can take with you anywhere.
The first day this Spring the temperature reached above 50 degrees, my family and I were down at the local bike shop getting our bikes tuned up for the summer. If you've never had your bike tires "professionally" pumped you need to! The rides seem so much smoother.
Bike rides are one of our favorite outdoor family activities. It gets us moving, we get to see the beauty surrounding us, and we get to spend time together. Although we have a ton of fun, it's not always easy on my shoulders being bent like that for hours at a time so I like to pack my shoulder strap backpack with a few items that always seem to help me out.
- TYLENOL® 8 HR Muscle Aches & Pain: I came across this while shopping in the healthcare section at Target, I love how TYLENOL® temporary relieves my minor aches and pains I get in my shoulders from biking. I can get back to doing the things I love without being miserable.
- Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Energy Bites: I love making my own energy bites to take along with us, they taste delicious and give us that extra boost of energy with some healthier ingredients.
- Cellphone: In case of emergency and for photos of our adventures of course.
- Water bottles: There's nothing worse than being no where near a store or water fountain and being thirsty, so we each always take our own water bottles.
- Sunglasses: I always either have them on, or bring them with. They help with pesky little bugs and the sun.
Usually after a long day of biking I take a couple TYLENOL® to start to relieve my muscle aches and a hot bath to relax my tired muscles. I wouldn't be able to go on our family biking adventures without my TYLENOL®. I get to take control of my shoulder pain and take the day back. Although the main thing I like to use TYLENOL® for is my shoulder pain, you can use it for temporary relief of muscular aches, backache, minor pain of arthritis, toothaches (and I've had one too many), menstrual cramps, headaches, and it temporarily reduces fever during the common cold, so it's a great product to carry with you.
So pack your backpack or shoulder bag and make sure you bring some TYLENOL® for your aches and pains and don't forget to make our awesome Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Energy Bites to pack for a little snack along the way.
