If you're like me and always looking for a fun and creative treat for the holidays, these Christmas Tree Marshmallow Pops are all that and more.

I was strolling through the grocery store the other day and was ecstatic because they were already starting to put Christmas items out, like sprinkles and cookie cutters. Some might think it's way to early but Christmas approaches quickly and before you know it, it's Christmas Eve and you're at the store grabbing last minute items. So I stocked up on some candy melts and sprinkles and thought I would try to make some something super easy like marshmallow pops, but in Christmas tree form, of course.

You don't need to many items for these cute and quick treats! You might already have some ingredients at home like Christmas sprinkles.

They now make square-ish marshmallows, perfect for S'mores OR perfect for Christmas Trees. All you need to do is cut the two sides off to make a triangle/tree shape and melt your candy melts.

Then just dip the end of your lollipop sticks into the melted chocolate and into the bottom of your marshmallows. Once that chocolate hardens you can dip your marshmallow into the melted chocolate and pop with a yellow Skittle and some sprinkles.

They are super easy to make and so adorable once they are finished.

Christmas Tree Marshmallow Pops

Ingredients

• Wilton green melting candy
• Square marshmallows
• Christmas pearlized nonpareil sprinkles
• Yellow Skittles
• Lollipop sticks

Instructions

In a small microwave safe bowl, melt two cups of your green melting candy according to the package directions.

Cut the sides of your marshmallows off to create a triangle/tree shape.

Stick the ends of your lollipop sticks into the melted chocolate and into the bottom of your marshmallows and let set for a few minutes to harden.

Now dip the marshmallows into the chocolate, making sure all sides are covered and place on a piece of parchment paper.

Place a yellow Skittle on top of each tree and top with sprinkles.

Let harden on the parchment paper for about 30 minutes.
