The kids will love these fun and delicious back to school bento lunch ideas!
With school back in session for some families and others heading there soon, the back to school rush is on and I've been scouring Pinterest for fun and easy back to school lunch ideas that my kids will love. Here in Michigan, we don't go back to school until after Labor Day. I've been stocking up on rock bottom school supplies and tucking them away for later. I've also been scoping out back to school clothing deals and trying to get the best bang for my buck. Now, it's time for me to start planning school lunches and thinking ahead for what I want the kids to eat for lunch.
My kids do not eat hot lunch. Ever. I pack a lunch for them. Every. Single. Day. I always try to start the school year out with different and fun ideas so I, errr, they don't get bored with them. I've put together a list of 13 basic, as well as creative, bento box lunch ideas and printables to help make packing lunch a little easier.
You also don't need to spend a fortune on bento lunch boxes. All you need are some simple and inexpensive Glad containers, some fun silicone containers and you are good to go!
